## Defining Expiration Dates for Suggestions

Business admin users can assign an expiration date to a suggestion if the suggestion is only relevant for a specific time, for example, if the suggestion relates to time-sensitive information or a planned event or campaign. If a suggestion has an expiration date earlier than the current date, the suggestion does not display to users.

For example, a Business Admin uses a suggestion to encourage team members to recruit HCPs to speak about a product at an upcoming medical event. He defines an expiration date so the suggestion will expire the day before the event.

Business admins can define an expiration date for a suggestion. When the expiration date passes, the suggestion closes and displays after any open suggestions.

If a suggestion is expired, business admins can update the suggestion record with a new expiration date to reopen the Suggestion.
